Colonoscopy in the elderly is a project with the aim of mapping the risks and benefits of performing colonoscopies in individuals over 75 years of age with a risk-benefit analysis. Primary investigator: Ann-Sofie Backman (ann-sofie.backman@ki.se).
Virtual versus color-based chromoendoscopy in surveillance colonoscopy in patients with IBD is a multicenter prospective randomized non-inferiority study with the aim of comparing dysplasia detection rates with different surveillance colonoscopy techniques. Quality assessment of colonoscopy performed by a physician or endoscopic nurse is a project with the aim of using SveReKKS data to compare the quality of screening colonoscopies performed by physicians and nurses. Primary investigator: Anna Forsberg (anna.forsberg@ki.se@regionostergotland.se).
